ok, i've download these files:
XMMS 1.2.8: (http / ftp)
XMMS 1.2.8 devel: (http / ftp)
XMMS 1.2.8 debug: (http / ftp)

and when i run the xmms-1.2.8-1.i386.rpm, it works.
then i run xmms-devel-1.2.8-1.i386.rpm it shows:
[neo@localhost neo]$ rpm -i xmms-devel-1.2.8-1.i386.rpm
error: Failed dependencies:
xmms = 1.2.8 is needed by xmms-devel-1.2.8-1

did i miss something?
