Hello all. I am working on my school project. I need to run some tests under different system load conditions. Can any one please suggest some applications/software that may satisfy the criteria (and where I can get them from) please?

I need the following system conditions.

1. Heavy CPU load
2. Heavy memory load
3. Heavy disk load

That is, I need one program that is CPU intensive, one that is memory intensive (if it trashes the cache, that's even better), and another program that is disk I/O intensive would be very great.
