Need program to show cpu usage, network status and stuff in X....any sugestions?

Hello i need a program that will show processr usage, network stats, HD space, someone said gtkrelm but i cant find it any where. Any sug?

me persoinally, I use gdesklets. But gkrellem works as well (gkrellm) (gdesklets)
