Need help with gtkmorph
 

I've got gtkmorph on my Debian Woody laptop. I'm trying to get two pictures of my old car and new car to disolve from the old to the new. I've tried using gtkmorph but the animated gif and the resulting frames (I have set for 10) are only the first and last picture alternating. Not a disolve from one to the other. It is a continuous flash from one pic to the other. What are the steps to get this to work?
