I'm a windows person and I tried to install Novell distribution (SuSE) and I tried to install Ubuntu.

I'm using my HP DV5130CA Laptop. XGL doesn't work and my wireless either ..

I wish if someone can help me with fixing the wireless ..

I used vmware workstation and I installed it and it works fine, because it is sharing the host IP address...

any Ideas ??

What exactly is you wireless card? Try 'lspci -n' anf just 'lspci' in console and post output. Generally the choice you have is installing Windows driver using ndiswrapper or installing Linux native driver (if there is one), sometimes together with extracting firmware from Windows driver.
