Need help with apt-get

After fighting to get apt-get installed for the better part of the day yesterday I finally did it and now it won't install anything, yay!

I have 64 programs that can't be updated and even more that I can't install because the GPG signatures are unknown. All of the programs I got apt-get to install easier won't install now because of this shit. How can I fix this problem and install these?

I'm using SuSe 9.1.
