need help to setup synchronization of folders

Hi,

I am using linux both at office and at home, and am using rsync to synchronize the folders.

Now, if I delete a file at my office, and ask rsync to synchronize with office pc as source, it would infact fetch back the deleted file from home pc.

But, I want it such that, if i delete a file in any folder, it should reflect back in the other folder by getting the file deleted (or moved to a trash bin)

Is there any advanced software that can do such synchronizing?

Thanks,
Shyam
