Need help Cron isnt working on my website

HI all I have cron set up on my Mafia text based game. For some reason it isnt activating though
www.mafia-gang.com
mafia.scripthosting.com
example:
Brave - you should get 2 brave points back every 5 minutes... I have it set up

Welcome to LinuxQuestions

In a nutshell cron is not associated with the desktop and has a very limited environment so it does not know what to do. What is the "Edit Delete" supposed to represent? I know nothing about the game or how it works but it looks a little like cheating... That said curl is probably what you need.

I copy pasted off the Cron on cpanel and followed the instructions ....

Time based things will work only if the cron jobs has properly set up .

Time based things depends upon cron-jobs such as recovery time , jail function etc ,energy refill etc .

Jail and Hospital - every 1 minute

Users stats such as enery , health refill - every 5 minutes
