need help compiling/installing dazuko in Fedora 7

I don't have a lot of experience with Linux and I'm trying to install dazuko for the first time in Fedora 7. My kernel is 2.6.21-1.3194.fc7. I'm trying to find a step by step walkthrough of how to install the dazuko module specifically in Fedora 7. I've already tried to run the configure file in the dazuko package and received the following error.
Code:

checking host system type... Linux
checking for make utility... ok (make)
checking for C compiler... ok (cc)
kernel source in /lib/modules/2.6.21-1.3194.fc7/source... yes
kernel build source in /lib/modules/2.6.21-1.3194.fc7/build... yes
acquiring Linux kernel code configuration... ok
checking if Linux is RSBAC patched... no
checking if devfs is enabled... no
discovered host system... Linux (2.6.21)
checking if security module support is enabled... yes
verifying capabilities are not built-in... built-in :(
error: capabilities are built-in to the kernel:
you will need to recompile a kernel with capabilities
      as a kernel module

Is there a precompiled dazuko module for Fedora 7 that I can download somewhere? If not could anyone provide a detailed guide on how to install it in Fedora 7. I'm completely lost here so any input would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Ok, I've stumbled on another thread that discusses the dazuko module. I've followed a few of the steps but it seems I now have a new problem. I've edited and saved the dazuko file in /etc/modprobe.d but I can't seem to find the modules file. There is no modules file in my /etc directory. However I did find a modules file in my /proc directory although it's ready only and I can't edit it. Where is the correct modules file located and which one should I edit?
