need <free> disk partitioner win & linux

Hi.
I have a program from Norton called gdisk, which is a beefed up version of dos fdisk.
It can be used on a bootable floppy which is convienient.
Im trying to get mandrake linux 9.2 to dual boot. Diskdrake creates but wont (?) format fat32.

Can anyone suggest a program or solution that can create and delete both fat32 and linux partitions. and adjust the mbr correctly, on a cdrom or iso image?

And to push my luck, what about the ability to change the partitionś size?

ta.

You could check out Parted which is supposed to handle fat16 and fat32.

Generally I personally use Ranish for partitioning and leave the actual formatting to the OS.
