Need an app to send bluetooth keep-alive

Hi to all. I have a bluetooth keyboard which after some seconds enters in the sleep mode, and then it's a hard work to wake it up..
Tried to find a program what make this, but find only android apps. Is there one for linux?

Also wondered if te is the possibility to enter to the firmware of the bluetooth keybard and configure it. Any idea?

Thanks

The firmware is binary, so editing it would be trial and error. So, the machine is awake, but the keyboard loses connectivity? Which model keyboard is it?

Yes, it losses the connectivity so quick, and sometimes its hard to reconnect again.

It is a no-trademark keyboard, but in the reverse there is a sticer with the Model no: BK 3001. Here there is a link to a web selling it: http://www.geekbuying.com/item/BK300...ck-347356.html

If the program to send keep-alive exists I think it will solve the prblem
