need a program for screen capturing/recording

Hello every one,

I am looking for a software that I can use to record my screen activities and also recording my voice through a microphone. I would appreciate that if you could let me know what kind of software and where I can get it.

Thank you

I believe that xvidcap can both video capture and microphone input, at least from what I saw in the FAQ

gtk-recordmydesktop is a really nice frontend for recordmydesktop. Couldn't be much easier to use.
