Need a mail forwarding server

Hi!
I have had some problems finding an application to do the job for this thing. I need a relay-server to forward all incoming mails to the real mailserver, and also save all email including headers, attachments, all...

I need it to do the same for all outgoing mails too. I realize that this server would need to have quite good storing capabilities, this is not a problem. However i would like to have some help finding a proper application to do this job.

any standard MTA can acheive this, postfix, sendmail etc... are you having particulary troubles achieving this?

Unfortunaly i am not very familiar with them. Maybe you could point me in the right direction to start reading up on this?
