ndiswrapper, wlan0 not showing

I just installed ndiswrapper with the driver I need. I don't know why it doesn't works though, after creating the alias (wlan0), I write "ifconfig" and wlan0 doesn't shows up.
Outcome:

Thanks in advance.

Run:
Code:
sudo /sbin/lspci -v | sed -n '/Wireless/,/^$/p'
03:0a.0 Network controller: Atheros Communications Inc. AR5416 802.11abgn Wireless PCI Adapter (rev 01)
        Subsystem: Linksys Device 0072
Flags: 66MHz, medium devsel, IRQ 18
        Memory at fdde0000 (32-bit, non-prefetchable) [size=64K]
        Capabilities: [40] #80 [0000]
        Kernel modules: ath5k
Note the PCI address and run "/sbin/lspci -n". This will give you the manufactures code for your wireless device.

Report back which device you have and which distro you are using. ( note: please put your distro and distro version in you user profile. It will help get better or maybe even easier answers on your questions )

Go to the ndiswrapper wiki, and also read through the READNE flie installed from your ndiswrapper package. One of them may contain links to the best driver to download. The manufacturers code may help here.
