Nautilus-sushi can't play mp3 after upgrade from Fedora 17 to 19

Hi,

I just upgraded from Fedora 17 to 19. The Sushi pluging for Nautilus used to work fine on Fedora 17 for playing mp3 and movie. Now that I have upgraded to 19, it no longer play mp3 and movie. But it plays wav file fine. When hitting the space bar on a mp3, a window open but no sound.

I've searched the web unsuccessfully. I found someone who proposed using Gloobus. Tried it but it didn't work at all (hitting the space bar would do nothing). I tried uninstalling and re-installing Sushi but it didn't help.

I'm able to play mp3 files with amarok.

Any idea what went wrong ?

Thanks.

how did you upgrade ?
in place upgrades skipping a version are NOT recommended

uninstall the programs using yum
then reinstall them

you most likely have fedora 17 versions still installed on fedora 19

run
Code:
rpm -qa | grep fc17
that will output a list of fedora 17 rpm's installed

I upgraded using Fedup. Someone from Gnome bugzilla ask me if Totem was working. I tried Totem and it complained I had missing plugins (bad, ugly etc). Totem searched and installed those plugins and it fixed the problem. My understanding is that fedup did not upgraded those plugins because they are not "free" ? Curiously, in May 2013, I upgraded from F15 to F17 using the DVD upgrade and I did not have this problem...? I wonder why. So now that Totem has updated a bunch of plugins, Sushi can play the mp3 and some avi file too (video). But Sushi still can't play the video files generated by my camcorder based on codec AVC/H.264. I will searched for the appropriate codec/plugin. I clearly remember sushi playing my camcorder video file correctly before upgrading to F19...

Can somedy confirm that the plugin : gstreamer1.0-x264-1.1.90-1.mga4.tainted.x86_64 should help me play AVC/H.264 video file ?
And can somedy tell me why it interfere with the ugly plugins ? Here is the error message :

Transaction check error:
file /usr/lib64/gstreamer-1.0/libgstx264.so from install of gstreamer1-plugins-ugly-1.0.9-1.fc19.x86_64 conflicts with file from package gstreamer1.0-x264-1.1.90-1.mga4.tainted.x86_64
file /usr/share/gstreamer-1.0/presets/GstX264Enc.prs from install of gstreamer1-plugins-ugly-1.0.9-1.fc19.x86_64 conflicts with file from package gstreamer1.0-x264-1.1.90-1.mga4.tainted.x86_64

I tried uninstalling the ugly plugins and then install the gstreamer1.0-x264 plugins. It installed succerssfully but I could not read my H.264 video file with Totem
