Nautilus Handel Menu Protocol (Like PCManFM)

Howdy All,

When using PCManFM file manager it is able to access a "menu" protocol to show what is essentially a main menu in the file manager. In general I prefer nautilus for my file manager - is there a way it can also access a main menu in a similar way? The path in PCManFM looks like this:
