Nautilus backgrounds/patterns

I would like to set a different patterns in Nautilus depending on which folder I am.
Like having a red pattern for folder containing critical files.
When I change the pattern, it changes it for all the folders. I didn't find any useful info on the help file for this.
Does anyone knows a trick that would do this?

I'm using Nautilus 2.6.3 (gnome 2.6 on a Mandrake 10.1)
