Natting
 

Hi all,
I have two query in Nating in one privet IP with one valid Internet IP through the specific port. I wanted to expose or musk one privet IP address (which is behind the firewall) say 192.168.190.10 to one valid internet IP ie 64.19.78.19 . I like to expose one of the LAN system to the internet . So that people can access this machine from the internet from behind the firewall through one specific port . (I think this the safest method to expose one local system to the internet through one specific port.) I don't want the whole system to be exposed in the internet . I just wanted the Local IP address to be Nated with one valid Internet ip address (64.19.78.19 ) and open the specific port to the same valid IP address through Firestarter . I have downloaded Fire starter version 0.9.0 for Redhat linux 8. I not able to find any option for Nating one single local IP address to a valid Internet IP address . While configuration the "firestarter" it gives only the option to Nat the "whole subnet". Secondly, I have one more problem. I have three Nic cards (eth0,eth1,eth2) in the firewall (Firestarter - linux 8 ) system . Two nic card (eth1,eth2) are for two local subnet and other one for valid Internet IP (eth0) . I want to enable the NATing for both the local subnets, so that internet can be accessible from both the local subnets . While configuration the Fire Starter, it gives only one Ethernet card (eth1) can be NATed with valid IP address (eth0) In my above scenario how can I get the internet access for both the local subnets? I am kind of stuck in my work, I will appreciate if any one can help me in this regards,
