nagios vs cacti vs orion


Hello
I wanted to know which one of these three software is the best :
1.nagios
2.cacti
3.orion
and why?
and what are their advantages and disadvantages ?

They are different(nagios is monitoring system, cacti is graphing solution, orion is propriarity product fusion of nagius and cacti) and don't compete against each other.
