Talking n00b question Country Codes

Greetings, you guys have a great board here; thank you for answering all these questions people have.
Having said that, here is mine:
My associates and I rented a Mandrake server from a data center and they, on OS load, chose the wrong country code, so now when we are scanned by game scanning servers such as gamespy and all seeing eye we come up as a Latvian server and we are in the US. I simply want to change the country code to US. Where in the gosh darn are those settings?!?!?! Thank you in advance
