MySQL user setup
Hello to all,

I've been using MySQL server for awhile but after setting up a user with full access, I never did any real work via the console again. I've been using MySql Control Center to manipulate my data.

The prob is I'm clumsy with the user setups for access to the databases/tables. Can you suggest any very good GUI with emphasis on user setups for MYSQL, or to be more specific, my probs lie in seting the password flields in the user table, how do I accomplis that with direct access to the table?

Thank you.

Try SQLyog. It has a nice GUI and allows you to simply select User Management from the Tools menu, including adding, editing and permissions, etc.

Thanks to all,

I think I'll be investigating SQLyog for the time. I like their easy to use User Management system.
