mysql upgrade problem - libmysqlclient.so.14()(64bit) is needed

I have a fresh red hat 4 install with a xeon 64bit processor, and redhat install.

We are running mysql4.1 and would like to upgrade to 5.0 before we start putting stuff on it.

I downloaded the latest rpm from mysql and when I run rpm -Uvh MySQL-server-standard-5.0.27-0.rhel4.x86_64.rpm

I get this.

warning: MySQL-server-standard-5.0.27-0.rhel4.x86_64.rpm: V3 DSA signature: NOKEY, key ID 5072e1f5
error: Failed dependencies:
libmysqlclient.so.14()(64bit) is needed by (installed) perl-DBD-MySQL-2.9004-3.1.x86_64

Is this just a matter of finding and install libmysqlclient? I have looked and found nothing. Also, I have tried to update it as well, and it says its already up to date.

Thanks for any help.

Okay, I do have these files on my system. How do I point the install to them? They are in my /usr/lib64/ directory.
