I decide not to do it. My scripts not support Mysql5.

Seams like it helped! Inoodb is super fast compare to MySAMÖ
Iíll wait till the pick up time to make sure.

Innodb fixed the problem! although, I was sure the problem was not with MyISAM, I try this, it worked! Now I can live life without any fear of unstable server work.
