MySQL, MySQL Cluster and MaxDB.

Noon

I just have two simple questions, hope you guys can help me out with that.
But fist, I'm a complete noob when talking about DB, so please, have patience with me

First, about MySQL Cluster (http://www.mysql.com/products/database/cluster/). Is that some kind of add-on for MySQL? Or is it like a "Failsafe DB", but not MySQL?

And second. What is this MaxDB (http://www.mysql.com/products/maxdb/)? Is it different from MySQL? What's about it?

mysql cluster
..hi there i have read your post and i just want to know if you're done configuring and installing mysql cluster, coz i also want to know how..your help will be much appreciated..thank you..
