Mysql hasn't closed the table properly

 Improperly closed tables are also reported if clients are accessing
 the tables *now*. A list of current connections is below.

The host shutdown while i was working on joomla.
What should i do in this case to get rid of this problem ????
I have a debian sarge 3.1 2.6 and apache-ssl is working with joomla cms and offcourse all software is updated.
