mysql:- can be accessed from shell but not from myphpadmin


Hello everyone,

I can access mysql databases through shell but I am
unable to login using the same username and password
through myphpadmin.
Error is:-


Welcome to phpMyAdmin 2.6.0-pl2

Wrong username/password. Access denied.


Please help...

There will be a config file inside phpmyadmin
Try to configure that file and put in the right values.

It should work then

Or check the Readme that comes along with phpmyAdmin to see if they have specified something you have missed.
