Mysql

How can I let other users be able to use the mysql , such as creating databases and tables.

use mysqladmin to create users with certain permissions

mysql has great documentation

http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/tutorial.html

if that still is causing a....hey, the headscratch emoticion is gone!...no matter...

you can download mysql-administratior which is a GUI for mysql. It's a little buggy, but works pretty well.
