Myspace audio player doesn't work (Firefox, Flash, x86_64, Fedora 10)

I seem to be unable to use the audio player on Myspace from my machine. I like to check out bands and listen to the music samples on their Myspace pages. This used to work some time ago but as of the past month or two, it doesn't work. The music player doesn't load at all; instead I just get a black rectangle with the words "Error" on it.

It looks like their music player is a Flash app, and it's not loading. I use Fedora 10, x86_64, Firefox 3.0.6, and the Adobe x86_64 alpha version of their Flash plugin. (I've also tried the 32-bit plugin with nspluginwrapper; same deal.)

Does anyone know why this happening or how to make it work? Does the Myspace music player work for others? Any comments or suggestions welcomed.

If you want an example page, try the Iron Maiden page: http://www.myspace.com/ironmaiden. Here's a screenshot of what I get on my machine:

Can you view other flash type web content?
Sites like you tube maybe.
I tried the 'maiden link and it works for me.
Do you use any Firefox add-ons like No-script?.
If you type aboutlugins in the Firefox address bar
is flash listed?.It should be listed as shockwave flash.

Thanks for the response. Yup, I can view other Flash content (e.g., Youtube) without problems. Yes, Shockwave Flash shows up on aboutlugins. I use some Firefox extensions but I tried disabling them and that didn't make any difference; and I tried "firefox --fail-safe", again, no difference. I do have a second x86_64 F10 machine where Flash works on Myspace, so I'm not sure why it doesn't work on this one. I confess I'm stumped.

The only other idea i had would be to remove the existing flashplugin and start over.
Download and install the plugin again, maybe the original is corrupted.
Sorry i can't be of more help.

Regards.
