My fonts changed after system upgrade

Hello guys.

I have a problem here. After I upgraded my system (using synaptic), and rebooted, I noticed some unwanted changes in my fonts. I mean when I use a gtk based app like firefox, firestarter, synaptic... the fonts are other than before upgrade. I don't like this new font. Is there a way to change it back? Is there a gtk-gui font configurer or something?
Thanks.

Using KDE?? if so and I remember correctly you use the Control Center and in the fonts configuration uncheck the anti-alasing then check again logout and back in.
