my emacs startup is slow

I checked my /etc/hosts, I have added my hostname in this file, so
this seems not to be the reason.

both emacs startup with and without GUI are slow. If I start emacs with
GUI, it always stopped at some screen in which I can not see any messages (like a blackboard) so I can not find out in which stage it is slow. If I start emacs without GUI, I find out at this stage it stop for a while

loading /usr/share/emacs/site-lisp/site-start.d/lang-coding-systems-init.el

I check this file, I did not find anything different from that on other
machine.

can anybody help me? thanks.
