my clamav can't download new database? why?

I installed the clamav software in my redhat 8 server , the server is running sendmail , after installed , I want to update my virus-database, so I typed the command like this : freshclam --stdout

the server told me that:

ERROR: Can't connect to port 80 of host (
ERROR: Connection with (IP: failed.
Trying again...
ClamAV update process started at Thu Apr 1 10:39:30 2004
ERROR: Can't connect to port 80 of host (
ERROR: Connection with (IP: failed.

but on my test pc , I could update the database, what can I do for this?

I haven't had the best luck getting clamav to update. On the other hand if this is for personal use you could take a look at f-prot. I haven't had any trouble with it grabbing updates daily.
