Music slow down/transcription tool like "transcribe"

hello,

i am looking for open source software that will do pretty much what this software will :http://www.seventhstring.com/index.html It is a music slowdowner /transcribing tool. They do make a version of this for linux but i am in the process of starting a business and literally have no xtra dough to spend on this tool.

I was hoping some here may have experience with a similar piece of software that they could recomend. I would appreciate your guidance very much.

Thanks and Peace,
Boutros
