Multiply Window Portable Graphics Library

Hello.

I've been planning to port a program from Windows that uses its GDI subsystem. I was planning to port this to SDL, however the program requires multiply windows, which SDL doesn't and will not support. Can anybody recommend me another portable graphics library that supports multiply windows? Preferably something easy to use and has hardware acceleration.

Thanks in advance.
