Multiple Workgoups with Samba

Is there someway to keep the configuration for more than one workgroup with samba? I go between home and college and I don't want to have to constantly change it. Is there some way for it to detect which workgroup I'm at?

If you use a Linux workstation you can create your own little script to switch from one workgroup to the other on startup.

I would if I wasn't so busy with schoolwork... maybe during vacation or I'll find a different solution. Oh well.
