multiple ubuntu in a removable disk

hi guys,
i have created multiple Operating System on a usb removable disk (it was placed in different multiple partition).
but when i try to boot from usb removable disk, there was no choice to choose one of the multiple live OS on it, then only one Operating System directly run. was there any ways to make like a grub to choose one of the Multiple OS? ubuntu 11.10 and ubuntu server 11.10
thank you

Yep, you can install grub to the flash drive.

Pretty old article but there are others. http://www.freesoftwaremagazine.com/articles/grub_intro

Might be possible to use another boot loader also.

For the most part a usb flash is a real drive. Some flash drives may need hp usb tools or flipbit to change if it can or you may need a new drive or different systems.
