multiple operating systems on the same hard disk
 

i have a 20 Gb IDE hard disk on my machine. I first installed Windows NT in c:, then Win2k in d: and then Red Hat linux 7.2. I created 7 customized partitions for linux (including Swap) using Disk Druid. The linux boot partition is lying before 1024 Cylinders. I am using ext3 file system and GRUB as boot loader. I installed GRUB on first sector or the boot partition (instead of MBR) as suggested in Linux help so that I can keep and work with multiple operating systems. Now the problem is that although in Grub.conf file, it does show that there are three operating systems in machine, but it boots only in Linux (That too only if I use Linux bootable floppy, other wise it executes Boot.ini and other NT boot file system which gives me a choice to boot either in Windows NT or Win2k; Linux does not appear any where).
What I want to do is that the bootloader (it doesn't matter whether it should be Grub or boot.ini) should give me a choice to boot in any of the operating system at the time of startup without using the Linux bootable floppy . Can any body suggest me how to do that....

you may want to check out the howto's at www.linuxdoc.org , you can either use grub, lilo or any other boot loader but if you let us know which one you want to use, it might make it easier for us to let you know how to set that up or answer questions instead of telling you how to do it in many different loaders.

personally you may want to look at lilo as a boot loader.. very easy to configure and more people are familiar with it.

Try here to use either nt or win2k to boot linux.
