multiple firefox slow

Hey, For some reason when i open firefox more then 2 times they just lag so bad that its not usable. But when i keep 1 open and just open new tabs its fine.. Does anyone else have this problem? or is there a way to fix it?

I've never had that problem, but why don't you just open new tabs instead of new windows? That's one of the cool features of Firefox and other non-IE browsers.

haha first of all, im not a big firefox fan. if i could use IE in linux id do it. But its not just firefox, its any browser i use. I dono why i was just wondering. I can always tab but was just looking for someone with this problem.

I see this sort of thing all the time.... Flush the cache - and make the cache size 256k - or 1024k if dialup. Then exit and come back in. You should also clean up the /tmp directory if you haven't done so in a while.
