Question Multimedia Software For Fedora


I started a thread about three months ago trying to find software for RH9 that played Mpegs Burned CDs and watched DVDs.. and I was given some help to try to get those things going, and then I lost interest.. well I have gained interest again.. I would like to know where I can find software that does these things for Fedora Core 1..
