Multimedia

I'm sure this question has been worn out by noobs such as myself, but here it is. Which version of Linux is best suited for Multimedia? I am into web design and my Macromedia suite is mandatory. I also produce Hip-Hop music on my computer. I play games such as Neverwinter Nights and Unreal Tournament 2004. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

if you think it's been worn out, then why not look for the proorf. search LQ for existing answers. in brief though, any modern distro will do you fine. unbuntu for example.

Headache

I assure you, I've been looking for answers. Ive spent over 15 hours today alone looking and looking (obviously I'm going about it the wrong way). I cant get my fresh install of Ubuntu to play anything, no video of any sort. I get error messages everytime I try.
