Exclamation MSN problem with Gaim 0.75

Hi, i use Mandrake 9.2

i installed gaim 0.75, i have this error message saying

"SSL support is needed for MSN. Please install a supported SSL library......etc"

do anyone know how i can get MSN to work on GAIM? THx!

get mandrake's rpms for openssl and install them. i'm not sure if you used a gaim install binary or not, but if you compiled from source and installed that way, if i remember correctly, you may need to recompile with the path to your openssl source files and reinstall gaim. if you want something easier just for msn, i'd suggest amsn which implemented more of msn's features than gaim did. it's just an untar and run and it should download some tls file for the ssl connection on first run.
