MRTG Installation Errors unable to cfgmaker or indexmaker


Hello all,

quick info: server is running centos 7

used following command to install
#yum install net-snmp mrtg net-snmp-utils httpd

I am trying to install MRTG for nagios to monitor network traffic.
i was able to configure snmp but when i tried to do

#cfgmaker --snmp-options=:::::2 --ifref=descr --ifdesc=descr --global 'WorkDir: /var/www/html/mymrtg' community@localhost > /etc/mrtg/mrtg.cfg

i was getting the following error
