Hello,

I have install mplayerplug-in by source code, i'm sure that i have done exactly as you guide on website "http://mplayerplug-in.sourceforge.net/install.php",
- Succeed install mplayer with win32 code support without error. (i had downloaded and copy codes to "/usr/local/lib/win32"
- Succeed install mplayerplu-in without error.
- Copy to exact directory of my Firefox browser.
- Succeed test mplayer play with any audio or video.

however i have met the problem.

- Firefox browser can contain enough plugin of file types in "Edit-->Preference-->Download-->Plug-ins. Only having: AVI,MPG,MPGA,OGG,WMA,QT. No having wma, wmv,mp3,rm,....
- So, i can't play file types don't appear in Plug-ins of Firefox browser.

Note:
OS: Redhat Linux
Browser: Firefox
mplayer: MPlayer-1.0pre6a
mplayerplu-in: 2.80

Check out Mozplugger at http://mozplugger.mozdev.org/. It uses mplayer but instead of using mplayers plugin, when you click one of the files that it recognizes, it starts mplayer & streams the file to it. You might need to play with the config a little bit, I did.
