mplayer plugin: qt video screen too big

When I click on a quicktime movie link, mplayer plugin wants to make the mplayer window too big, that is, the size of the regular browser window. It's funny because if I go to a site like Buccaneers.com where they have javascript links to video clips it uses the correct size window. I've tried changing the settings in Edit>Preferences>Advanced>Scripts & Plugins ( I'm using Netscape ) but with no success. I've also tried editing the mplayer config file in /~/mplayer but that doesn't help, either.

Okay, I think I figured it out. It's how the web page is written. Sometimes it's done in ways that isn't very nice to the plugin/mplayer. It's not mplayer's fault, I didn't really think it was, anyway, I had suspected it was the way Netscape handles the link, but it's not really that, either.
