MPlayer help!!!!!

Hi all!!

I try to run MPlayer with -vo xvidix, but i get this error message:

No vidix driver name provided, probing available ones!
vo: X11 running at 1280x1024 with depth 24 and 32 bpp (":0.0" => local display)
[mga] No supported cards found
[mga] No supported cards found
vosub_vidix: Couldn't find working VIDIX driver
Error opening/initializing the selected video_out (-vo) device.

I run MPlayer as a root, and my system is P4 with RH9 and an ATI Radeon 9500 Pro

Also, when i run mplayer with xv drivers, i get some intermitent green lines at the bottom of the screen every 3-4 minutes! If i use x11 drivers, don't appear...
I'm really confused :_(

Please i need some help!!
