Hey

I managed to get mplayer working on fc4, thing is I think it will only play mp3 (though Im not sure, I may be just doing it wrong!)

It will not play aac (is this asking too much anyway :-0) or protected wma. I guess I need to download codecs for these? Where would I find these?

Also it wont play DVDs, I think this might be because im not starting it properly, is it not just:-

./mplayer /media/cdrecorder ( or whatever the source is?)

or do I need a different codec for this too?

If you go to the Mplayer website, you will see a pakage to download called Essential. These are all the codecs you need.
