MPlayer chokes on WMFs

This is a restatement of a question I asked earlier today in this thread:

http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...472#post345472

My problem is that I cannot get MPlayer to correctly play WMFs as a plugin in Mozilla. Are there any config settings I need to change to get the plugon to behave properly.

The streams plays, but appears jerky, and seems as though there are two streams playing, slightly out of sync.

Any suggestions here?

Steve

I don't have an answer to your question but let me remind you that you should keep your existing questions in their original threads. If you wanted to ask this in a different way, you should have just asked it again in the same thread, we don't need the same discussion in multiple threads in different forums, that is against our rules.

Sorry, no offense intended.

Sooo, how do I move a thread to another forum, if I am not sure, as I have been with this one? I guess I COULD have simply posted in General, but that seemed silly to me, too, as this specific question seems to be either Hard or Software related.

Can I ask a mod to move it?

Regards

Steve
