mplayer cant play with audio ?
 

mplayer cant play with audio supporting at all. the wrong messages show below:

Requested audio codec faimly [faad]
Cannot find codec for audio format 0x4134504D

when i running mplayer with rmvb media files. may help,thanks.

when you compiled mplayer......did you include the win32 codec and essentials packages??

yes, i can play other files without error, just rmvb files. the error messages are below:

Request audio codec family [faad] (afm=faad) not available
Enable it at compliation
Cannot find codec for audio format 0x4134504D.

Did you (enable it at compilation)? If not, you can get libfaad here.

ok, i have got it. just installed the faad packages then recomplied mplayer for faad supporting, that be well.
