mpeg2enc

So I'm working on solving my kino problem and when I try to transcode it to mpeg2 I get this out put in shell.

>>> ExportMJPEG::startExport
>>> Generated video pipe ' mpeg2enc -v 0 -f 3 -I 0 -n n -a 3 -b 4000 -o '/home/UserFriendly/Test1'.mpv'
>>> Generated audio pipe '|mp2enc -v 0 -o '/home/UserFriendly/Test1'.mp2'
sh: mp2enc: command not found
sh: mpeg2enc: command not found
>>> output rate is 48000, adjusted rate is 48000
SIGPIPE Received (13) - setting indicator

So obviously I don't have mp2enc and mpeg2enc working with this program.. I thought they were part of the mpegtools install but I guess not now.. Can anybody give me a link or a program name to get these files so that I can do my vids. thx
