Mpeg2 application to cut out commercials

Hi there

One of the few applications i am missing for linux is an application to cut and edit mpeg2 program streams. I have tried everything from the suse 10.0 and packman repositories i could find, but no luck. Closest thing i got was dvbcut, which only works in my case if i cut from the begining of a mpeg2 file and only have a single segment. If i do it in any other way i will loose my sound from the file or get the "too many packets in stream" error in players. I tried various applications in wine, with no luck. I really don't care which application and if it is emulated, as long as i don't have to keep booting into my VMWare instance of Windows :)
