mp3 to swf with ffmpeg for psp


i have tried but it wont work can someone help me i use this command

ffmpeg -i /opt/torrent-storage/d\@v\!o/My\ Chemical\ Romance/Three\ Cheers\ For\ Sweet\ Revenge/01\ Helena.mp3 Helena.swf

plz help me

i mean it wont work on my psp it wont plan onmy broswer. ive done it before but it wont work this time
